Basketball Jersey Logo – Adobe Illustrator

This project was created in Adobe Illustrator. The scope of the project consisted of designing a high school basketball jersey for a “client”. The class basically drew the name of a mascot out of a hat and whichever name we pulled was what we had to design the jersey around. The mascot I pulled was a mudcat (catfish). The process started with creating the jersey in black and white, using fonts that complimented the mascot design while at the same time easy to read. The process progressed through color selection and then pulling the design together into one cohesive composition.
